I had a fantastic stay at this place. The room was incredibly clean and comfortable, and the view from my balcony was absolutely breathtaking. The hotel's central location was perfect, as it was within walking distance of everything in town, yet still felt peaceful and quiet. The staff went above and beyond to make sure I had everything I needed and were always available to help with any issues. They even helped me book tours and activities, including a trek up Fansipan. this hotel provided a great value for the money spent.

I would highly recommend this hotel to families.

We had a fantastic stay with great service from the staff. They were accommodating and friendly, offering helpful advice on activities and restaurants. the location was perfect, close to shops and restaurants yet peaceful. the hotel had interconnecting rooms for families which was a plus. the views were amazing from every corner, and the bed was comfy for a cozy sleep.

The water pressure was a bit low, but it was still warm and quite clean.

This place was perfect for my new year trip! the staff were incredibly helpful and always went out of their way to make sure we had everything we needed. the rooms were clean and spacious with comfortable beds, and the breakfast was delicious. Plus, the location was great - close to all the main attractions and with beautiful views of the surrounding countryside.

The hot water in the shower was a bit inconsistent and the Wi-Fi wasn't great. But overall, I had an amazing stay and would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient place to stay on their new year holiday.

Spent new year's at this hotel and had a great experience. The staff was very accommodating, always ready to help and provided great customer service. The location was perfect close to shopping and restaurants. , loved the breathtaking view of the mountains and enjoyed having breakfast with it. The rooms were spacious and clean.

The water pressure; it was a little lacking.
